I am passionate about creating genuine connections where everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported in a community of belonging. I've been creating these spaces most of my life.

I offer deep and intuitive coaching by listening between the lines of your life. I specialize in discerning with you your limiting beliefs and fears to remember the genuine you as you were created to be. Wether we work one-on-one or in a peer groupTogether we will strategize the incremental steps forward into the meaningful work that is only yours to do this side of heaven.

 

My training and certifications are in the modalities of Spiritual Direction, Life Coaching, Grief Educator, and 12-Step Recovery.

 

My spiritual direction certification was through the 3 year formation program, Souljourners by the Benedictine Sisters of Atchison, KS.

 

I earned a coaching certification through Teresa McCloy's The REALIFE Process® Coaching Network, and have been trained according to The International Coach Federation (ICF) Core Competencies and subscribe to the ICF Code of Ethics. I continue to be a current member of the network.

I received a grief educator certification through author and grief expert, David Kessler, grief.com. I have participated in 12-Step and faith-based recovery groups for the last 25 years.
